This notice covers the Credit Up website. App services and payment providers have their own notices and terms, which you should read before using them.

Browsing this website

You do not need an account to browse. This website has no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. When you open chat and start a conversation, an essential, secure browser cookie lets you return to your conversation for up to 90 days. It does not verify your loan account identity. Hosting and network providers may process request information such as IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time to deliver and protect the website.

Contacting us

If you email or use website chat, the information you send is processed to answer and handle your request. Website chat is connected to our customer support system. An encrypted copy of the dialogue you viewed is also kept by the website gateway so you can read earlier conversations when opening a new one. Messages are stored there and may be processed by the configured AI services to provide a reply; authorized support staff can also read and handle the conversation. AI replies are identified in chat. Website gateway sessions expire after 90 days without activity; this does not automatically delete the conversation from the customer support system. Contact the support email for questions about your information or to request deletion. Earlier website conversations remain available through the history link and follow the previous retention rules. Return using the same browser to check replies. Email privacy or deletion requests to the support address. Do not send passwords, wallet PINs, or one-time codes. Additional identity checks may be needed for account-specific requests through an appropriate support process.

Optional callback contact

You may voluntarily save a phone number or email for a callback about this support request. It is stored encrypted and shown only to staff authorized to handle this conversation. It is not used for marketing or to verify your loan account. You can change or clear it in the current conversation; a new conversation does not automatically inherit it.
